The scarf is somewhat frivolous (very thin) but can be removed easily. All in all a great coat. Mine was a small and for my height ran a bit larger than I expected. Coat is very, very nice quality, would highly recommend. It is warm and exactly what I was looking for, but that is where the good part of this review ends. Within two days of wearing this coat the right pocket lining started separating from the coat. There is now about a 3 inch tear in the right pocket. I contacted London Fog's customer service about the situation and received nothing but snide remarks from their E-Commerce director. I don't know if he was angry that he couldn't steal all of the who's Christmas presents this year or maybe he just had a heart that was two sizes too small. This experience alone will dissuade me from EVER dealing with London Fog again. I'd advise everyone else to do the same. |
