The spout has a very tiny cap for covering, which I like in order to keep fridge odors out...might be a concern around young children or if you loose things easily. Mixes well enough when you squeeze the handle, and I hope it continues to perform well over time. Has a quick reference measuring guide on the side for oil and vinegar. Also, it pours nicely, there's no mess created on the outside of the bottle from dripping oil.I only gave it 4 stars, though, because (a) it does take a strong hand to operate (eg, though my 12 yr old daughter is able to use it, I don't think my mother could) and (b) if you have minced herbs/spices in the dressing it might clog it up. As it is, we have used this for plain old basalmic vinegar & oil so that's not an issue (so far). |
