What I mean is, when making the banana bread I felt it was a little harder on the hand mixer although it did handle everything fine, it just did not seem as easy as when it made the cookies and muffins later.The slow start on all the speeds is a God Send. No batter flying and no flour all over my kitchen, like other models. Looks wise, this hand mixer should get an award. It is not only gorgeous but its functional!
