Women's Hooded Down Coat with Removable Raccoon Fur Trim in Black or Gray (Apparel) I was really hesitant of buying a down jacket from a brand and retailer that I did not recognize, especially with the return policy that Luxury Lane has. In the future, I'll probably stick with products shipped by Amazon. Overall, a good jacket, but the workmanship on the pockets are not very good. The zipper gets stuck on the fabric inside the pocket EVERY time you zip it up. Like completely snarled in the zipper. It was incredibly frustrating. I tried to take it into a tailor to have the fabric sewn into the jacket, but she couldn't do it because the seam would show on the outside of the jacket and wouldn't look good. I considered returning the jacket, but had already thrown the box away, and Luxury Lane requires you to return in original box. I know this is seems to be a small issue, but there's nothing worse than having a stuck zipper and spending an hour working the fabric out. Other than this issue, I actually really liked the look and feel of the jacket. Jessie G.
