Service from Luxury Lane was excellent, and return service was just as good. However, with all the seams and stitching, it left this jacket a bit harder than I would have wanted. Not luxuriously feeling at all. I wear a size small blouse but would always order a medium in a jacket. Because of some reviews, I ordered a large. BIG mistake -- a medium would have been just fine.
